Delivery area

We currently deliver to eligible addresses in the Netherlands. Available shipping options and the full delivery charge are displayed at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and delivery

Our supply partners dispatch products directly to customers. Hertwill's general estimate for standard EU-warehouse deliveries is 3–8 business days. Most in-stock orders are dispatched the next business day; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch or arrival date. Made-to-order products and product-specific exceptions may take longer. Check the product information or contact us before ordering if timing is important.

Separate shipments

Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels. The checkout shows the shipping charge for the items in your basket.

Tracking and assistance

Tracking details are provided when available. For a delayed, damaged or missing parcel, contact albasisibassam@gmail.com with your order number. Zeno, operated by Aivro, remains your contact for delivery support.

Please check your delivery address before payment. If it needs correcting, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
